One address
Everything goes to [email protected]: corrections, complaints from the companies we write about, and requests about your own data. There is no form, no live chat, no telephone line and no social account in this site’s name — anyone claiming otherwise is not us.
Write in English or Chinese, put the purpose in the first line and the address of the page in the body. A reply usually takes a few working days. What the mailbox is attached to is the site these corrections apply to.

Writing it
Four lines that make a message actionable
A correction with a source attached is usually made the same day it arrives.
One purpose per message
Put it in the subject line — correction, operator complaint, data request. Two subjects in one email reliably means one of them is answered and the other is not.
The page, and the sentence
Paste the address and quote the line you are disputing. The same figure often appears in a table, a card and an answer, and naming the page alone leaves two of the three uncorrected: most of them sit on the ranking most corrections concern.
Where the right figure comes from
A price page, a terms page, a registry entry — something anyone can open. Prices and credit packs move faster than anything else here, which is why the figures that change most often are the ones most often reported.
Nothing attached
Text only. Mail with images attached is deleted without being opened, and no file is needed to check a fact. What this site stands behind and what it does not is already set out in what is and is not warranted here.

Four things readers check before they send anything.
Why is the address on a different domain?
One editor runs several sites from one inbox, so the mailbox name does not match the site name. The person reading it is the same one who writes here, not an agency — who reads the mailbox.
What if it is urgent?
Then this is the wrong address. Email is read in working hours and answered in days; if someone is in danger, call the police, and if an image is being used as a threat, go to the take-down desks first and write to us afterwards.
Can I write anonymously?
Yes. No real name and no identity document is required: a correction is checked against its source, and who sent it makes no difference to whether it is right.
A detail about one of the services is wrong. Which page do I quote?
Whichever one you read it on, and the sentence itself. Each service has an entry that several pages draw on, so a single wrong figure usually needs correcting in more than one place — the entries and what each operator discloses are kept in the record held on each service. Send the operator’s own page as the source and the whole set is fixed at once.
Can I write in and ask how these services work?
You can, and the reply will be a link: the explanation is already written, it is free to read and it is more detailed than an email would be — the explanation already on the site. Questions the pages do not answer are worth sending, because they usually mean a page is missing something.
Do you answer every message?
Everything within the table above gets a reply. Placement offers, bulk mail and corrections with neither a page nor a source may not; that is not silence as a policy, it is a queue with one person in it.
